RETURN POLICY
Artworks or objects may not be returned unless there is damage that occurs prior to or during shipping.
In such cases, The Failure Store will arrange for return shipping. The Buyer agrees to assist The Failure Store with any claims made to shipping companies (e.g. providing photographs of damage, responding to requests in a timely manner).
The Failure Store will ensure all art ships free of damage. Because shipping art can be prohibitively expensive, The Failure Store cannot pay for shipping in the event a buyer changes their mind upon order of artworks/objects once the item has shipped.
Please understand the majority of the art and objects offered for sale are handmade. The Failure Store distinguishes between normal wear and tear from damage.

Other than what is collected by approved third parties to conduct financial transactions, Squarespace, browsers, etc., The Failure Store is not interested in collecting information without your permission.
The Failure Store does not process payments on its own and does not have access to your financial information.
