Laurie Allen was the name adopted by Sean Slattery and David Ryan for an exhibition at the Contemporary Art Center, Las Vegas, in 2011. The show was organized and the paintings executed by Justin Favela. The CAC did not know Laurie Allen was fictitious, and provided the public with her resume and artist statement.
